Secondly
You can pay $150 to get someone to fit two bolts and then call ALNO Product Services in two weeks time to see if we can fix the mess other people have made. Just like the following people have gone for the $150 quick fix in Victoria

In General terms, metal Stamping is the process of cold working metal or a metal componet more often than not the metal takes form of strip with a constant thickness. A compressive force is generally applied through press tooling or die via a stamping press.

Dies are designed to work materials in the plastic deformation range through to permanent deformation ranges thus is dependent on the desired form or profile. Dies fall into one of two categories single press die or progressive die both are manufactured from harden tools steels which many general machinists find difficult to machine.

Progressive press tools generally work in both ranges where various deformations occur concurrently which optimizes the stamping costing through a single pressing process as opposed to multiple stamping setups.

ALNO Product Services have experience in the Design of cost effective dies and metal stamping processes these dies operate in stamping presses both in Australia and overseas, producing various components, from small electronic devices through to larger scale automotive components.

You will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience working within mining and heavy industry, along with prior experience and working knowledge of Autodesk and Solidworks design tools. In addition, you will also have sound knowledge of Australian and ISO standards from design through to OHS, and relevant qualifications.

Must Have 4+ years solidworks modeling exp.

What is Design?

Design unofficially refers to a proposal for the construction of something in most cases the better designs are a calibration of minds where ideas are generated this process is generally at a high level intellectually or refers to the process of creating such a proposal. At the lower levels of intellectual design, the design just exists and this can be produced as simply by hitting something with a hammer or through construction. This lower level of design generally has less focus on calibration and is generally formed by a single individual in many cases fails to meet the design intent.

Designing general requires consideration of one or in most cases a combination of the following:

Forrn aesthetic appeal styling

Purpose function ergonomics

Cost Economic Factors associated in construction or manufacturing unit cost price

Process of manufacture or construction

Sociopolitical - interaction of social and political factors

Materials and Engineering – structural strength and material properties

These design choices are generally defined in a design brief by the client prior to beginning the design process. The design brief is what the design team keeps in mind throughout the process of deriving compromises of the design choices. Communication of the design compromises is generally communicated through a sketch or a 3 dimensional solid model.
